Nestor Tan has been the President of Banco de Oro since July 1998. Previously, he was associated with Bankers Trust Company in New York, as Vice President and the Barclays Group in New York and London. Banco de Oro (BDO) is one of the major full-service commercial banks in the Philippines. It provides products and services to the retail and corporate markets including lending (corporate, middle market, SME, and consumer), deposit-taking, foreign exchange, brokering, trust and investments, credit cards, corporate cash management and remittances.
