The SME Finance Forum organizes this weekly virtual roundtable series to provide its members with opportunities to share and learn about the impacts of COVID-19 on their MSME clients and their own institutions, on a continuous and real-time basis. The 75-minute session also allows the members to share their practical experiences especially strategies and initiatives they are taking to help their clients cope with this unprecedented crisis.

Extract from the Foreword: The year 2019 has been a remarkable year for the SME Finance Forum — a year of continued, strong membership growth and effective delivery of member services. Since our launch in November 2015, we’ve grown from a few dozen committed early adopters into a global membership network.
The SME Finance Forum hosted a two-session webinar series on Digital Banking Solutions. For the first in the series, we examined how financial institutions can connect to fintechs through platforms, realizing the potential of new solutions in SME Finance. In the second webinar in the series, we discussed how banks are embracing automation and other digital innovations such as mining big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, to improve core SME lending processes.
